Briarcliff Woods Park and Lake

Small and cozy park. Big field, basketball court (half) tennis court and soccer net just to name a few amenities. Sadly, no restrooms. 😳

There isn't a name for this park on any of the signage but my kids call it "the tree park". The play equipment is nice (and tree themed) and it's surrounded by really big shady trees that are fun to run around. The big trees also provide plenty of shade which makes this park a nice place to visit on hot days when most other parks play equipment is too hot to play on. The play equipment does have a lot of places where you could fall off so take extra caution if you have very young kids. There are swings and lots of things to climb on. In addition to the play equipment there is also a basketball hoop, tennis courts, and a soccer net in the field adjacent. There is also a jogging path and "rustic" wooded area, although I'm not sure what the intention for the wooded area is...

Plenty of room to cross country ski for exercise, large grassy open area for soccer and hitting baseballs, Pickleball courts, playground equip, big oak trees for shade, Outhouse available. Safe.

Cool park, has a dog park close to it and nice walking trails. Has mini zipline like structure that my family enjoys.

This has turned into our go to place for all our flower and vegetable plant needs. The quality of the plants are fantastic and you get what you pay for. The choices seem to be endless and the staff are wonderfully friendly.
