Bounce Pickleball Club - Malvern

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at Bounce Malvern (hope a manager sees this and respond). Before joining Bounce I played at 4.0 level with no issues. At Bounce everyone can register for 3.75 level so the games are not consistent and it was obvious that I need to play in a higher level (other players told me so as well). Then you need to take an evaluation for 4.0. The evaluator failed me 2 times! Now, sounds like I paid for the membership but there is no games for me. 3.75 is too easy and 4.0 is not allowed. I think the evaluation for 4.0 should be a quick test to qualify a player not intended to correct every single flaw in a player and suggesting drill sessions. Why should be such a wide gap between 3.75 and 4.0 In the day of 4.0 evaluation, I won majority of the games as well. The other day, I saw other people playing 4.0 level games and its definitely a fit for me and I am competent for that. The other issue was that the evaluator's session to drill with 3.75 to 4 people is already full for the next two weeks. The only left chance for drill is 3.75 level which are not challenging enough for me. Peer drill sessions also is typically has no other players. So the shortest path is to wait 3 weeks and drill with evaluator (if I get to enroll before its full) and then take the evaluation test and wait hopefully for a pass!!! I sent a couple of emails to the evaluator explaining the situation and phone called bounce a few times but just did not receive any response from the evaluator to solve the issue. In conclusion I think it was not fair to me and the money I paid for the membership was almost not of any use to me. I am willing to remove this review if a manager contacts me and we solve the issue in a way that works for everyone.

The best indoor courts. This place where I met my very first Professional Hockey player Paul H. If you’re looking for the lessons, ask for Joe Phillips. He is not only a phenomenal coach, he is also great person and he makes my kid have enjoyed to come to Bounce.

Bounce has quickly become a happy place for myself and my entire family. The staff and other members have welcomed my kids with open arms-allowing them to grow so much in the sport within the past 6 months! We have held several events here and they are always a huge success.

Bounce is truly a place where I’ve found my community in pickleball! My friends and I play there weekly and the courts are gorgeous! The owners and staff are dedicated to giving players of all skills levels the best possible experience. I’m so grateful to live so close to this amazing facility!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and fun! The teaching staff are great for lessons, technique, and strategy. I highly recommend Bounce as your go to indoor facility! ✨️👏💪✨️
